There's no other way to say it. I have been unceremoniously booted out of the home kitchen by She Who Must be Obeyed.
I've now moved into a commercial kitchen in Park Royal and I'm mixing it up with real chefs and other food businesses. Bloody hell, it's hard work, dawn to late in the night kinda stuff. But incredibly satisfying.
There are many advantages to a commercial kitchen including large sinks for washing up humongous pots and pans, vacuum packing, walk in fridges and freezers and industrial ovens that can be computer programmed to deliver tremendous baking consistency.
However this all pails into insignificance when put against the lack of pommy "can't stand the smell of onions" whinging from SWMBO.
