Seasonal vegetables including brocolli, leek, onion, carrot, celery, asparagus (when in season), cauliflower all within a creamy cheese sauce, with mushy peas on the top of the filling.  If you put this pie alongside mashed potato and gravy, it sings like Dame Nellie Melba.
